MUNICIPAL
Costello staff members have extensive experience in providing infrastructure improvements for municipalities in the Greater Houston Region. We understand the importance of attention to the project budget throughout various phases of a project. Our clients are charged with protecting the public’s money on capital improvement projects and we continually strive to find alternatives that are cost effective. For that reason, we look closely at both life-cycle costs and upfront costs for a project.
