Costello provided engineering design and construction phase services to reconstruct the Williams Trace arterial street, from Lexington Blvd. to Austin Parkway, as a 4-lane, reinforced concrete, curb-and-gutter boulevard section with a raised median. In addition to pavement reconstruction, the project included replacing water and drainage (parallel drainage systems and improvements to two outfalls), utility adjustments, sidewalks and curb ramps, additional turn lanes, and traffic signal upgrades. Area development around this major thoroughfare includes churches, schools, commercial areas, and residential subdivisions.
