Costello and 7gen Planning (7gen), a division of Costello, Inc., provided joint services for the Brays Bayou Hike and Bike Trail and 230’ pedestrian bridge project across a Brays Bayou drainage channel east of Stella Link Road.

7gen provided the initial 3-D modeling, conceptual design plans for presentation. 7gen also prepared the trail alignment, amenity locations and details, grading plans, landscape, and irrigation design.

Costello prepared the construction documentation for the structural engineering of the pedestrian bridge.

Services on the project included a concrete trail, pedestrian bridge and the appurtenances, amenities such as seating, signage, custom bridge railing, pedestrian pole lighting, landscape, and irrigation.
