John W. Lacy Named Principal of Water/Wastewater Division

May 02, 2016

John W. Lacy, P.E., who manages Costello’s Water/Wastewater Division, was recently named Principal of the firm. Mr. Lacy has 19 years of experience in project management, planning, design, and construction of public works infrastructure.

He has planned and managed design projects with engineering budgets over $5 million and construction costs up to $95 million and coordinated the work of engineers, designers/technicians, and multiple sub-consultants.

During his career, Mr. Lacy has effectively maintained existing client relations and has been responsible for project planning, execution, and delivery. Primary areas of his technical expertise include facility improvements for raw water, treated water, wastewater, reuse, and flood/drainage systems, including equipment, structures, and systems for screening, treatment, pumping, storage, chemical addition, and SCADA, as well as constructability analysis.

As Division Manager, Mr. Lacy has brought invaluable expertise and knowledge of the industry to the Costello Team. We look forward to the same insights and wisdom, as a member of our leadership team.
