Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree in accounting or finance
  • Minimum 3 years of experience

Responsibilities:

  • Provides a variety of administrative and clerical work for the Accounting Department assisting in the Billing, Timesheet, Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Expense Reports, Fixed Asset and General Ledger areas
  • Supports the Controller and Management by monitoring department schedules and completing special projects as needed
  • Supervises accounting staff in Controller’s absence
  • Prepares financial statements and journal entries, including payroll, for month-end closing
  • Assists with preparations and requirements for yearly audits, government requests, and renewals

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Hydrology and Hydraulics analysis. Must be experienced in public works related drainage projects including drainage assessments, master drainage plans, detention analyses and floodplain/watershed studies.
