Surveying Services
CI employs a highly trained professional surveying team that has considerable experience covering all aspects of surveying. All projects are supervised and managed by one of our four Registered Professional Land Surveyors. The percentage of our surveying staff who are licensed professionally is much higher than the industry standard and is directly proportional to the quality of the work produced. CI's surveying team experience ranges from the layout of major subdivisions, including lot staking, paving and utilities, to boundary surveys for major landowners as well as performing roadway layout, right-of-way mapping, and design surveys including aerial mapping control surveys for TxDOT.
CI maintains a large inventory of state-of-the-art surveying equipment including global positioning system (GPS) receivers, robotic total stations, electronic total stations, digital levels, geographic information systems (GIS), and other specialized equipment. Software utilized includes MicroStation, EaglePoint, GeoPak, Trimble Geomatic Office, and ArcGIS.
