Construction Phase Services

The construction phase is the last significant step in the implementation of a project.  This phase is the result of months, or even years, of study, planning, and design.  This is also the time during which the majority of the project’s total cost will be expended.

To ensure the project’s success, CI provides an experienced, on-site field representative assigned to monitor the progress of the project.  The representative is the liaison between client and contractor, and provides the review of financial distribution of project funds, ensuring that expenditure of monetary resources is for work which is actually in place.
