Dustin O'Neal, P.E. Named President

Mar 18, 2015

Words cannot express how excited I am about the opportunity to help lead such a wonderful corporate family. I have unbelievably big shoes to fill with Houston’s next mayor stepping down as President.

My promise to our clients and staff is to maintain Costello’s reputation as a well-respected firm in our industry, as well as the best place to work in Houston.  And since Costello is such a well-run firm full of great employees, it makes a President’s job easier than some might expect - or so I’ve been told by Steve!

I am blessed to work with an amazing group of experienced project managers and designers, as well as an office packed full of young, energetic engineers that know your project’s success is tantamount to ours.    If you and I have never met, I’d be happy to visit with you to introduce myself, and to tell you more about why I think Costello is the best firm in town to trust with your projects.

Mr. O’Neal graduated from Texas A&M University with a BS in Civil Engineering.  He has worked for Costello for over 11 years focused primarily on residential land development and municipal utility district engineering.  For the past two years he has served as Client Relations Manager, with increasing involvement in marketing and promoting Costello in both the public and private sectors.
